The daily game winner  in the August 10, 1991 report is 256.

In the Quinto winner, the difference between 2 and 4 =  2; the difference between 4 and 9 is   5; the difference between 9 and 3 is 6: 256, the same numbers.  I didn't look for these relationships, they just happened automatically.  It was 'mind generated'.

 In the Lotto numbers: 11 = 1 + 1 =2;    1+4 = 5;  1 + 5 = 6:  = 256

 In the  Aug 3 lotto winners,  the difference between 4 and 6 = 2; 1 and 6 is 5; 2 and 8 is 6, = 256

The second image isn't dated as to the year. It's the July 4th weekly report.    114 is the daily game winning numbers. The 3 numbers were used in this way: The difference between 1 and 4 =3;  14. 14+1= 15   The result is 31415

The lotto numbers are 3. 14, 15  2, (then 2 x 3 = 6) (3+3+3 = 9) 5, , then 35 re-used  = 31415926535, = pi

There was no relation in the Saturday June 27 report.
